A Brief But Worthy Moment.

The very best thing about work from home days is that instead of taking a break by walking down the hall to grab a snack from the break room, I get to take a break by laying in the grass with my eight month old and husband.

They’re only small moments in my day, but a welcome respite from hour long conference calls and writing email after email. Nothing relieves the stress of a busy work day like taking a little time to examine the treasures of our front yard, up close, with my favorite little boy.

Love,

M

Hello. I'm Melissa.

Wife to a rock n roll, super dad named Brent.

We're the adventuring type. Go. do. See.
We hit the jackpot when we had our daughter, Everly Veda in January 2010.
She has my eyes, his lips and a San Francisco heart.

In May 2011, we welcomed Arlo Redding, the most magical little dude ever into our family. His presence has made our good thing, even better.

We like old stuff and keeping it simple.
We believe in love, family and a good pair of cowboy boots.

Brent sings songs.
I write words.
And these sweet babies make our world go round.

Welcome.
