Tiny Penpals.

A sweet little package landed on our doorstep this week from baby Gemma Bird of Bleubird Vintage. (Have you ever seen a more beautiful family, seriously?!?) Gemma’s sweet mama, James, suggested that Everly and Gemma would make great penpals and I absolutely loved the idea. I had the best time putting together some little treasures to send Gemma’s way and opening the little prezzie they sent to Everly was so much fun.

James put so many personal touches into the entire package - from the packaging to the homemade card. Inside were soft vintage baby clothes, a vintage children’s book, a little deer bank with a tiny key necklace and a plush babydoll.

James actually made the doll, customized with Evie’s name (and I love the fact that it’s similar to one the belongs to Gemma). Receiving such a thought gift just proved my suspicions that James very well may be super woman. She runs her own business, is a mom to two adorable school aged kiddos and newborn Gemma and STILL managed to put together this gorgeous package for Everly.

Everly completely loves her little treasures! Her new babydoll hasn’t left her side since it arrived. We are excited to start planning our next tiny penpal package to send. Thanks so much Gemma Bird & James - sending so much love from our home to yours!
