Dear Baby

Everly is hanging out today on another blog - My sweet friend Jen over on Jen Loves Kev just had the most precious little girl, Rowan, and while she’s out getting her new-mama-lovefest on she asked if I’d be up for guest posting on her site.

Jen’s blog is full of gorgeous, creative fashion posts and when she laid out the mission to create an outfit based on a work of art - I was both honored and excited for the challenge - but then, when I started digging through my closet - I panicked! I tried for weeks to put something together and nothing worked. I had originally chosen this work by John Baldessari (should have been easy, right?) but I just couldn’t pull it together. I seriously don’t know how you fashion bloggers out there do it!

Not wanting to let her down, I decided Everly’s closet was way better than mine anyway and if Jen was down for it - Everly would be up for the challenge in my place.

We had a blast and I love how the photos turned out!
