When I was 8 weeks pregnant with Everly I was getting horrible cramps and had convinced myself (thanks to google and self diagnosing) that I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was so afraid that something horrible was happening and called my OB practice after I’d thoroughly worked myself up. They sent me in for an ultrasound just to be sure.

Doughnut run.
Last night looked to be every bit of a typical weeknight for us. I cooked a big pot of soup, we played with Dovie, ran a load of laundry and caught up on our day. Around 7:30pm, we put her in her pajamas and gave her a bottle as we prepared for her to wind down towards bedtime.

Sweet Asheville.
Asheville is one of the jewels of North Carolina. It’s a cool, eclectic little mountain town peppered with artisans and musicians, a University, and rolling mountains as far as the eye can see.
